Scheimer Farms is a large farming operation in eastern Colorado. They grow wheat, corn, millet, sorghum, and soybeans and are led by Scott Scheimer. Scott is the forward thinking farmer.

Larkin Martin manages Martin Farm in Northern Alabama, and she is the seventh generation of her family to do so. Martin Farm grows cotton, corn, wheat, and soybeans on around 8,000 acres in northern Alabama. They have been using AgriDigital Onfarm to track their grain as it moves from their fields, to their bins, and eventually on to their buyers.

In a summer of drought in much of the US, agriculture is ablaze with new market opportunities - and a lot of big promises. Yet, when you cut to the core, most farmers I know want to produce the best product in a way that is feasible.

One of the biggest challenges for Nick Paterson, General Manager at Excel Farms has been tracking their grain inventory - determining what is on farm, what has been sold, what is left to sell, and what is remaining on contracts.
